Self-care is so important to me to the point where I never seem to feel right If I don’t imply some self-love/care to my day. Some of the small forms of self-care practices I implement in my everyday life includes meditation, yoga reading, journaling, face masks, hair mask, mani&pedis, music, poetry, etc., which helps me discover the power I have over my own life. Looking in the mirror every day and telling yourself you are enough does wonders! I wish to reach my full potential in life and dedicating time to myself helps me admire who I am &what I’m capable of……
